Here is a list of the "A" Series devices eligible for One UI V7.0.
If your device is not eligible, then no, you can not manually update / flash, as it would be incompatible for the device, and would most likely just fail to boot if you were even successful in Flashing the Firmware... which is almost certainly the case using Odin.
