Can't play song on A14

I got an A14 and transferred all my songs with Smart Switch from my old phone to my new one. But one (and possibly more) of my songs just show an error when I try to play them and then instantly skip.

Check the Format of the music tracks that won't play. Pretty sure that it's because they are not a supported Format. 

If you're using the Samsung Music app, it supports the following Formats:

MP3, WMA, AAC & FLAC, possibly some others?

If you want to play any unsupported Formats, see if you can convert them to one of the above.

Hi, we would like to inform you that Samsung no longer supports WMA files.

To get them work either rename them as MP3 or Download any app from play store or you can also use an audio file converter.
