Galaxy AHi,
We are sorry to hear that your device is running low on storage which can definitely be frustrating, especially when you've already deleted photos and apps.
Here are a few places to check and tips to free up space on your Galaxy A53 5G:
Check What's Using Storage. Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Storage.
You’ll see a breakdown of what’s using up space: Apps, Images, Videos, Audio, Documents, System, and Other. Tap each section to manage or delete unneeded content.
Clear App Data (Not Just Cache). Some apps (like Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) can build up a lot of hidden data over time. Go to Settings > Apps, tap on an app, then Storage > Clear Data.
Note: This will log you out of some apps and reset preferences, so use it for apps you can easily log back into.
Check “Other” or “System” Storage Sometimes “Other” storage builds up from leftover app files, downloads, or updates. Use the My Files app and look under Downloads, APK files, and any large folders like WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. Delete anything you don’t need — especially old voice notes or shared media. Delete anything you don’t need — especially old voice notes or shared media.
Use Samsung’s Storage Manager. In Settings > Battery and device care > Storage, scroll down and use the “Clean Now” feature. This can help remove temporary and duplicate files.
Let us know how that works out!
