Dead zone touch screen

Is there someone who knows how to fix this screen problem? There is a little part maybe 1 cm area display. It can't be touched as you can see in the ss. Only that part. Never either get dropped or hit by something.

I think there's a problem with the touchscreen, i suggest u to bring your phone to the nearest SSC. Then u can explain all of your problem and find the solution there.

Aw, i thought it can be fixed by hard reset or using igniter that watched a lot in yt

I tried before on my iphone with igniter but still... tidak berpengaruh :(

Me too, i tried to use igniter yesterday, but zero works, maybe only on my device which is not working.

Go to the nearest SSC then ask for LCD replacement
