Galaxy ADo not buy A51, even though it is a good smartphone it is not reliable. My phone fell as it happens sometimes, even with a cover and screen saver the phone stopped working completely, it seems that the LCD dripped internally. I've had many smartphones, but this one was the weakest, I am very disappointed with this product, I really expected more quality! Not to mention the financial and emotional damage, because I had many family moments being saved in it. It is certainly not reliable!

Galaxy AHow and what should I do specifically?
I believe that the product is not of good quality or it had some non-apparent defect, sometimes it restarted on its own this happened about 3 times and he had never suffered any fall. And now this happens, the screen drips and I lose access to the device via USB by the computer.
I am extremely disappointed with Samsung. I just bought samsung's home appliances (stove, refrigerator and microwave), mainly the stove was bought because of the cell phone that I was putting a high expectation on the functionality that would have with the interaction between the products. Now I am sad and very upset with all this situation.
For a product with the value it has, it is not worth investing in a repair on a product that does not offer me nor reliability.
