Galaxy AHello,
I have A70 and my screen is broken and I cant see anything.
So, I want to make backup or export my contact list etc. This is my steps:
1. I go to the Samsung cloud trough my Samsung account;
2. It is no reason to get the notification on my device because of broken screen, so I click "Don't have the device" to verify by email;
3. Then I click the "Samsung account website" link and sign out from all device;
4. After that I sign to the Samsung account? Samsung cloud again and - NOTHING NEW!
System sends my to the "Make Sure It's Really You" page and whole process starts again and again. Not notification in may mail inbox/spam and so on...

Galaxy AHi, when you can't see anything on the screen, unfortunately, there is no option to backup the data now. However, if you have already synced the contacts to the Samsung cloud earlier, you can restore them when the phone screen is fixed.

Thanks for your reply but I knew about it.
Contacts and not only the contacts are synced.
That's why I want go to my Samsung cloud trough my Samsung account.
But how to do that, if Samsung doesn't sends me the verification notification and I can't verify by email?!

Because it says the same to me i can't get any notifications on any of my device.
