No sound on Notificatons

I've spoken to Samsung, reset everything and still no sound.I know of a few other people that have the same issue.Have a A70

Hi, please could you try to perform this to fix your notification sounds, please perform the following:

Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Sounds and vibration.

Tap Notification sound and select your preferred sound from the list.

Tap Back, and then tap Volume.

Drag the slider next to Notifications to your desired volume.

Please write back to us if the issue still persists.

There is no sound from ANY of the choices for sound

Hi, please try backup and reset, reset your device after a backup of the data. Otherwise, it will erase all the data. Get back to us with the results.

Here are the steps to backup your data:

Backup from Samsung account--Apps > Settings > Cloud > Backup > Select the data > Back up now.

Backup from Google account-Apps > Settings > Backup and reset. Here are the steps for factory reset, settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory data reset>>Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset>> Delete All.
