Galaxy AGalaxy A50 usb is 2.0; however, you need usb 3.1 to support HDMI or DisplayPort. So there is no way to get HDMI output from A50 usb 2.0 port.

Galaxy AHi @mikeyw,
You can share the screen of the Samsung Galaxy A50 using Smart View and view your device’s displayed content on a large screen by connecting your device to a screen mirroring-enabled TV or monitor.
To connect please using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen of your Galaxy A50 to open the Quick Settings panel. Swipe to and touch the Smart View icon. Select your TV from the list. If your TV asks for permission, select Allow on your TV.
