What ESim providers have compatibility with Samsung A16 phones? Airola is not working. Apparently Saily is also not compatible.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G generally does not support eSIM in most regions, including widely reported versions in the EU and US. It is designed with a physical hybrid dual-slot tray for two nano-SIM cards or one SIM and a microSD card.

So, maybe try Rogers or Bell..
