Fast Charging Issue

Hi everyone!

My phone is not charging fast even I used my original samsung fast charger. My fast charging in settings is enabled. 

I tried my charger on other Samsung A series smart phones and it function well.

Would you please help me how to fix this issue. Thank you everyone! Stay safe!

Have you tried unplugging then re-plugging the cable that's connected to the charging brick?

At the end, it still not functioning as fast charger.

maybe just maybe there something wrong with ur charging port..you can try the samsung member to diagnose port.

you can try diagnostics in samsung member where it can test ur phone charging.

I already use samsung members to diagnosed. It says that my "cable charging" is normal.

But the problem is, even I enabled my "Fast Charging" my phone shows "Cable Charging" whenever I charged it. As a result, may charging speed is too slow than before.

i think ur cable is faulty. same thing that happened to me. sometimes it shows slow charging then i unplugged then try to connect again.

Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive checks > Charging port/USB
