I just got a Galaxy A-13 and I installed Go Launcher S 3D Themes but I can't access my downloaded themes without getting permission from my SD card when I hit grant it takes me to the permissions but I can't find where the SD card permission is this is the first time I've had this problem and I've always used Galaxy phones especially the As A5/A8 and now A-13 plus I have I have an S7 and this is the only phone that asked for that

If your device is running One UI V6.0 / 6.1 Android 14, permissions have changed to enhance the security of your device.

Try going to Settings > Storage & Search for your sd card & check it's permissions.

Or as you probably did, go to Settings > Apps Search for the app & check it's permissions.

Did you format the sd card in the phone, or computer.. Make sure it's formatted correctly.. ie: ExFAT.

Hi Zenahs,

The issue you're experiencing with Go Launcher S 3D Themes on your Galaxy A13 may be related to how the app interacts with updated permissions for accessing external storage.

As adviced by RedDogRabbit, please check permissions by following the above steps.

Please verify that your SD card is formatted correctly and functional: Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Storage > Check if the SD card is recognized.

If the card isn't detected, remove and reinsert it. If it still doesn't work, consider reformatting the SD card but remember to backup data first!

Thank you.
