When I'm making a call on messenger and I turn off my phone to save battery, it keeps restarting on its own. I tried not turning it off during calls and it didn't restart. Can anyone help me how to fix it?
Does your phone restart in the middle of the call? It may be an app problem rather than a device problem. Some third-party apps have been known to cause random / constant reboots to devices, but the exact cause is still not known.
Please try clearing your app cache or reinstalling the Messenger app altogether to see if this fixes the problem. You can also try running your device in Safe Mode by accessing the recovery menu upon bootup.
