Galaxy ADear,
On August 4th my phone that I use for work updated overnight to Android 10 and the next morning it stopped and doesn't work anymore. It appears for 1 sec the screen with some information when you press the volume keys down and start, but it does not recognize in Samsung Kies on the computer and does not start.
After opening 3 calls on the website, I took the smartphne to the SAMSUNG repair center yesterday and he told me that I would lose all my data. The problem is that all SAP Fiori apps that I created and tested until the 28th of July for the company project I work on are on the phone and not without backup since the 23rd of July, as I went on vacation and returned only on the 5th of August. Just like all photos from the holidays between July 28th and August 5th.
I consider this absurd and a great lack of respect, because in addition to losing the photos from this period (the others are on Samsung Cloud), I run the risk of losing my job because the project that needs the apps will start in early September.
And it's not my fault.
The smartphone does not start and I cannot recognize it in Kies, does anyone know any way to solve this via hardware or software without losing all my data?
Thanks everyone!

Galaxy AI finished the last app tests on the 28th of July the night before going on vacation the 29th of the morning.
I have backup of the apps until the month of June, but I can only backup the apps after UAT (user acceptance) and compilation.
As for the photos, I was camping with my family in an area without Wi-Fi. And due to the volume of data, the backup is usually only done on Wi-Fi.
When I arrived at night in a hotel on the last day of vacation, on August 4th, the phone upgraded to ANDROID 10. And in the morning when I tried to use Wi-Fi to back up my vacation photos and videos, the phone no longer functioned correctly until the moment it stopped working entirely.
In short, that's it.

Galaxy AHi Samsung_FrmntHo,
Please try to use the smart switch PC version and check if it recognizes the phone. Connect the charger and check if you can see a battery icon on the display. As suggested by Cassidy, login to Google photos from the PC/laptop and check if you can able to find the pics. Also, you mentioned some information on the screen when you press volume keys down, If possible please share pictures for review.
