galaxy a70 duplicate files

In "my files" I have 353 mb duplicate files. The top item is a pdf 13.x mb & 3 files below with diff dates.

Is it safe 2 remove them?

I may attach screenshot but dont know how

It could make an application or Operating system to malfunction if we delete any kind of files without identifying what they are.
Hence, I suggest you to go to the Settings screen → tap Device care → Memory → tap CLEAN NOW.
