Help installing apps

For some reason, this error comes up when I try to install an app via play store. I have enough storage, my phone is up to date and I have reset the play store and services many times. Appreciate if help could be provided. Happens for many apps, not just one, too.

There has been some issues in the Android developer forums about changes to the versioning system that android's implementing and this is affecting some new builds with some devices
