can someone please help me my notification text messages are not working the sound isn't working they're not showing up in my notification bar on the top of the phone or my lock screen everything else Works other notifications work like Facebook Messenger all the other stuff but when I get text messages no sound and the phone is a light-up it's silent it's like a secret text message comes in it shows on my text icon that there's a message but no sound and no nothing I checked settings the notification sounds are on the right tone is on I tested sound and settings at work but when someone sends me a text I don't hear anything or see anything just a little one message in the icon I hope this makes sense I'm sorry I don't know what else to do or where on the phone I don't know if I shut it off somehow by accident if anyone knows please let me know thank you
Check Notifications is 'On' Tap on the word Notifications to bring up more options and check settings for hide content and notification icons. Lastly check under advanced settings for Notifications from (could be app is disabled in this setting) and where to show.
