Galaxy AGo to Settings & Search for "SOS".
It's actually 5 times, not 3.
You can add "Swipe to Call", so that simply pressing the power button 5 times won't dial 911.
I haven't tried it, but maybe change the emergency number from 911 to 411 or something.
Yeah, you could also change the number.... but just remember that you did!

Galaxy ASamsung removed the ability to turn Emergence SOS feature off. My phone called 911 several times since the update, even with "Swipe to confirm" turned on. Five presses on the side button is too easy to do accidentally. This wastes 911 operator's time, and might make them ignore my number in a real emergency. Only fix I could come up with was to change the automatically-called number from 911 to something else. I entered the Samsung Customer Service number. Now Samsung will be annoyed, not 911 operators.
