Hi, I have a question for Samsung galaxy A71 and A50. I have an issue twht my phone locks sometimes after a call with navigation on. On my old Motorola phone, I could turn off my phone and when I turn it on, navigation is on top. If I wanted to get in the phone, I would just press the home button and I would be on the lock screen. Can I do this on Samsung? Thanks

Hi Peter297, When the navigation application is running in the background and the screen is locked, you could click on the navigation arrow displayed on the lock screen which shows the navigation on the lock screen. For this, please make sure you have enabled the Maps features by going into Settings >> Notifications >> Maps >> enable "show notifications" under Map features >> click on "Navigation" under Map features >> Lock screen >> select "Show content"

Hi Peter297, Could you please open the "Settings" application and tap on the "Notifications" tab and then scroll down and tap on "See all". Now, please look for "Maps" and tap on it. Please share a screenshot of what you see so that we try to help you to locate the settings.
