Find My Mobile allows you to locate, lock, and/or wipe your device remotely, amongst other features.
You will need to be signed in to your Samsung account in order to use Find My Mobile.
You will need to enable the Remote Controls feature on your mobile device before you can use the Find My Mobile service.
To enable the remote control feature, Follow the below steps:
1 From the home screen, choose Apps or swipe up to access your apps
2 Tap Settings
3 Tap Biometrics and security or Lock screen and security or Security (you may need to scroll down the screen)
4 Tap Find My Mobile. If you do not see this screen, go to step 5.
5 Tap Remote Controls or Enable remote controls
6 If you have already set up your Samsung account on your account, you may need to enter your password
7 Toggle the green switch at the top of the screen to enable remote controls. If you do not have a Samsung account on your device, the switch will be greyed out. Tap add account to create your Samsung account.
To log into Find My Mobile, you will need to:
1 In a web browser on your computer go to the Find My Mobile site
2 If necessary enter your email address and password and then click Sign In
3 You will be taken to the Locate my mobile page. If you have multiple devices registered you will need to select the one you wish to operate.
To locate your mobile, you will need to:
1 To locate your mobile device, log into the Find My Mobile site, and click Locate my mobile
2 If this if the first time you've logged in, click the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions and then click I agree
3 Find My Mobile will attempt to locate your device. It may take a long time or fail, depending on the network environment and the state of the mobile device. When your device is located its approximate location is indicated by a marker on the map.
You can zoom in and out using the controls in the upper-left corner of the map.
