Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try a couple of things - Reboot & check.
Boot into Safe Mode & check.
If you didn't have issues in Safe Mode then it's likely a 3rd party app causing the issue.

You COULD also try Clearing Cache & Data for the Dialer - Settings - Apps - Phone - Storage & Clear Both those & Reboot & check.

Failing those steps - You could Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache & check.... If that fails to resolve the issue - Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset & check..

If you STILL have the problem - Visit a Samsung Service Centre 🤞
