Settings - General Management - Languages - Add Language - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Scroll down to Italian... Should be there for your device.

The Canada firmware doesn't fully support languages other than FR-CA, EN-CA, EN-US, CHN and KOR. You'd need to manually install CSC from another region for it to work. I hear the US one has full coverage, and the Global one too (obviously)

Hi@serger95,
You can add languages in your phone by following below steps:
Go to settings>>General management>>Language and input>>Tap Language>>Tap Add language.
Please note that the languages are differ from country to country.
