Hi, PapaQallin! 🙌🏻

First of all, I’m really sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. To try locating it, you can use Samsung’s Find My Mobile service by visiting the official website at findmymobile.samsung.com using a laptop, PC, or another device.

Once you access the site, you’ll need to sign in using the same Samsung account that was previously logged in on your stolen phone. After logging in, Samsung will attempt to connect to all devices associated with your account.

If your stolen phone is turned on, connected to the internet, and has location services enabled, it should appear on the list, and you will be able to see its real-time or last known location.

When the phone is detected online, you can use several remote functions provided by Samsung such as ringing the phone loudly to help locate it if nearby, tracking its location on the map, locking it remotely while displaying a custom message, backing up important data to Samsung Cloud, or erasing all data from the phone to protect your privacy if you’re sure it can no longer be recovered.

However, if the Find My Mobile system shows your phone as offline, it could mean the device has been turned off, disconnected from the internet, or the Samsung account has been removed from the device.

In this case, you can still activate the “Notify when found” option so you’ll be alerted if the phone ever comes back online.

Meanwhile, you should also consider contacting your cellular provider to block the IMEI number of the stolen device to prevent it from being used by unauthorized parties, and it’s strongly recommended to report the theft to local authorities, providing them with the IMEI number which you can usually find on the device’s original packaging or purchase receipt.

If your phone was protected with a Samsung account and screen lock, the thief will not be able to reset or access your data easily due to Samsung’s reactivation lock, but it’s important to act quickly before any changes are made on the device.

Hope this helps, may God bless you! 😇
