Modes and Routines Not Working After Android 15 / One UI 7 Update

After updating my Samsung Galaxy A55 to Android 15 with One UI 7, the Modes and Routines feature has stopped working entirely. Previously configured routines no longer trigger, and attempting to create or edit routines results in either app crashes or no response.

Here are the steps to wipe the cache partition on your Samsung Galaxy device, such as the Galaxy A55:

2. Enter Recovery Mode:

   • Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously.

   • Release both buttons when the Samsung logo appears and the device enters recovery mode.

3. Navigate to “Wipe Cache Partition”:

   • Use the Volume Down button to scroll to Wipe Cache Partition.

   • Press the Power button to select it.

4. Confirm the action:

   • Use the Volume buttons to highlight Yes, then press the Power button to confirm.

5. Reboot the device:

   • Once the cache wipe is complete, the recovery menu will reappear.

   • Select Reboot System Now using the Power button.

• Clear Cache and Data for Modes and Routines:

  • Navigate to Settings → Apps → Modes and Routines

  • Tap Storage

  • Select Clear Cache and then Clear Data

Thank you for the detailed instructions. I’ve carefully followed all the recommended steps, including wiping the cache partition, deleting cache and data from app, checking app permissions and checking for updates. Unfortunately, the issue persists and the feature still isn’t working properly since the Android 15 / One UI 7 update.

I would appreciate any further guidance or information on whether a fix is being developed. Thank you again for your support.

I'm having the and issue and have done all of these steps and it didn't work. No actions are available in the modes and there is no option to update the app, either in the app, in the galaxy store or the Google Play store. The so doesn't actually exist.
