Music controls from drop down menu?

I find that I'm not able to toggle previous, pause/play, or next song when music is playing on my device from the drop down menu. 

Is this a glitch, or is this not an offered feature? I would like to easily change songs while music is playing

I can do it from notification menu. Which drop down you talking about?

Open Settings, Notifications. Under recently sent. Does your Samsung Music has enable notification?

**Updated the screenshot. You need to enable the notification for Samsung Music in order to see it from drop down menu.
