Tried all the popular apps. Recordings show date, time, duration, and voice bars but without audio. Voice recording audio playback works fine. Samsung told me to take it for service. Anyone else have this problem?
Are there specific instructions for assistance service? Call Settings-Manually record calls-Hotkey then Set Default Settings. Call settings-Fix recording issued-Tune audio effect and other steps, as well.
Hello. I was having the same problem on my android but have sorted it now. To fix mine I had to go to SETTINGS, ACCESSIBILITY, INSTALLED SERVICES and then turn on the call recorder app on.
