I find all theses blues tooth around me and then there running in the back ground only in my condo I can I catch them

I have reset my phone and as soon as I log into Google or charge it this happens

Don't think that it's hacked, but looks like you have Bluetooth Scanning Active, maybe Smartthings? 

Guessing you live in an apartment / condo & it's from your neighbor's place.

You should also change all your passwords & enable 2-Step verification where possible.

Hi, please perform Reset Network Settings on your device:

Setting >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Setting.

Also, please change the password for your Samsung and Google account, along with any other account you had on the phone, like bank accounts, etc.

If any of your accounts have security questions, changing them may be a good idea.

On top of this, you should turn on two-step verification for any accounts that have this option, including your Samsung account.
