You could try a couple of things - Settings - Apps - Play Store & Clear Cache & Data for the Play Store. You COULD also open the Play Store - Click on the "Hamburger" Menu - Top Left - Play Protect - Settings "gear" - Top Right & Toggle Play Protect Off - But ONLY do this if you are sure about the safety of the app you want to download & Toggle Play Protect On again after.
But Clearing Cache & Data for the Play Store SHOULD fix the issue.
