Galaxy AHello, I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A70 in early February and earlier today, I got a notification for a system update which I did. However, after the update, my phone started restarting over and over again. When I turn it on, it would turn off automatically and restart on its own. I did a factory reset of my phone from another device, thinking it would solve the problem. But the problem still persists. I am confused about why this phone is acting this way, considering the fact I had just purchased it recently so it is relatively new. Is there a reason why I am having this problem and how can I fix it?
Thank You!

Galaxy ASorry to hear that, I suggest you to perform the wipe cache partition.
Here are the steps.
- Switch off the phone using the power key.
- Press and hold Volume up and power key at the same time.
- Release the keys once you see the Logo.
- Press the Volume up button to get into the recovery mode.
- In recovery mode, use the Volume keys to navigate between options.
- Select “Wipe Cache Partition”.
- You need to provide your consent for going to the next step by selecting “Yes”.
- Reboot the device once the wipe cache partition process is complete.
If wipe cache partition didn't work, please perform the Factory data reset which deletes complete data from the device. This will restore your smartphone to its original manufacturer settings.
(Note: Before performing wipe cache partition and factory data reset, please back up your data using a smart switch and remove all the accounts added to the phone.
e.g: Samsung and Google account)"
