Galaxy ASince the update One Ui 6.1 on my A53 at the beginning of this week I have a lot of trouble with my phone: it starts up very slowly and reacts very slowly. The most annoying issue is that my banking app can no be used properly anymore. I have an original (not rooted) phone, with all the updates Samsung has provided installed, but the banking app sees my phone as rooted and can't be used anymore. I have rebooted my phone several times and removed and reinstalled the banking app, but the warning exists.
Can anyone advise me what to do? I am almost ready to do a factory reset at last, but will that solve the problem?
Thanks for your help!

Galaxy AHi, we are sorry to hear that your'e facing this issue after the update.
It is recommended to perform Wipe Cache partition after every update. You can try Booting into Recovery by Wiping Cache partition. If you wipe your cache partition, it removes any temporary files that may be causing issues with your device, all of your personal files and/or settings will not be affected when you wipe cache partition.
1. Hold the Power button and Volume Down to open the power options where choose the Power off.
2. When the screen goes dark press the Volume Up and Power keys together.
3. Let go of all held buttons when you see the Recovery mode on the screen.
4. Then you should select Wipe cache partition. Use Volume Up to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
5. Choose Yes and press the Power key to confirm that operation.
6. After that select Reboot system now with the Power key.
If nothing works as a last resort, please perform backup and factory reset the device by following the steps in the given links.

Galaxy AHi Helenna,
I followed your advice but unfortunately whiping the cache partition was not the solution. Therefore I have done a factory reset and now I no longer get the One UI installation notification (some kind of reminder/failure) and my banking app is working again. So far so good. Thanks for your support!
