Questions about the A21s

1) Why can't I get the picture frame app? Just bought an a21s, my old phone the a10 had it. I am in Canada so it can't be something to do with region 

2) Where is the built in screen recorder for my a21s 

3) How do I disable the animation for "swipe up from home for search". The animation is very slow.

And lastly, everywhere online says a21s has nfc but I can't find it anywhere
