The Tibetan font does not display correctly on my new Samsung phone. The default font is too wide (it's stretched horizontally), and in certain apps it displays so high up that it doesn't render most of the letters so you can't even read it. Called tech support and they said they couldn't do anything and had no way of submitting any request to update the font.
This wasn't an issue on my old LG G6, and Apple has had high-quality native support for Tibetan for ages. I am disappointed that Samsung is so far behind, and doesn't seem to care about fixing it.
Hi Nick111, I suggest you to generate an error report. Please use the Samsung Members app to generate the error report by using the below link so that the team can review the Log Files. In step 5, please select the "Application" category.
