Samsumg Galaxy A13 brief pop up notification is not working on lock screen

Hi, we would like to inform you please follow these steps :

1) Head into your Settings > Notifications.

2)Then tap on Lock Screen notifications.

3)Toggle on Lock Screen notifications.

4)If you would like to Hide Notification information on your Lock Screen toggle on Hide Content.

5)Then tap on Notifications to show.

6)Choose between Alert and Silent Notifications or Alert Notifications only.
