Mic usage for search engines or recording voice messages are intermittent. The mic is silent it seems and recordings are silent when first use these. They only work after 2nd attempt. Have filed report but not heard back from. Keep checking but still says will reply soon. I called also and got told to use reset settings to which it worked ok, till I did full phone shutdown. Back to same issues. Feeling ripped off as just bought this and voice is 50/50 at best. Anyone know if this is being worked on in an update patch or fix? Need help soon or returning phone!
Done all and nothing, even gave remote control to tech and suggestedcreset all settings as stated but didn't last after powering down. How long does it take support to read error log and get back to you?
Whenever using VOIP apps ( whatsapp, telegram, Google Meet) the other party can't hear me (calls or voice notes)
Normal calls via mobile network (sim) works fine
But all other apps have the issue
I tried checking the microphones using *#0*#.
Only the second upper microphone (for the camera) works,
but the first (lower) and third do not emit any sound. I can confirm to you that the problem is 100% technical in the system.
I tried a lot to search for ways to solve the problem and tried everything possible, but after searching I noticed in the online community that it is a general problem in other devices and it is fixed with updates. When will an update be issued that solves this problem or a way to solve it until the update comes out?
