Samsung Flow unable to download Samsung USB Drivers

It says I need to remove my usb cable to download the usb drivers but when I do remove and it click "retry" nothing happens

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please install the smart switch PC version as it has USB drivers then check if Samsung Flow installs without any issues.

What about if I have it already installed the USB driver and the Samsung flow app is not recognizing it? I click install and nothing happens
