Galaxy AGood afternoon, hopefully someone can help. Have an older A5 that was originally with Bell or Virgin.
We live in an isolated area with very poor cell coverage, our main cell usage is when we travel to surrounding areas. We've recently upgraded our internet so wi Fi calling is a huge bonus for us. We can use our cell phones in lieu of a landline with our sattelite internet at home or the cabin.
I've researched online and was unable to find a solution. The A5 doesn't have an option to turn on wifi calling. There's nothing under the calling menu, and it's active on our providers end. The phones fully up to date. Has anyone came across this issue before or has found a solution?
Thanks in advance.

Galaxy AWifi calling is dependent on your Carrier, and not just whether your Carrier supports WiFi Calling, but WiFi Calling for your device.
If it's available, you should look at the Dialer's Settings & see if it's there.
Some Carriers don't offer some features on devices that were not purchased from them.
Have a look at the screen shot, which I know you said you checked.

Galaxy AHi, this is true some WiFi callings are dependent on your Carrier.
If it's available, you should look at the Dialer's Settings & see if it's there.
Some Carriers don't offer some features on devices that were not purchased from them. As suggested by the RedDogRabbit.
