Samsung Galaxy A14 not fast charging

Hello. I just got a brand new Samsung A14. There was only a USBC to USBC charging cable. NO charging block. 

Using my old Samsung "fast charging" block, with a USBC to USB2 charging cable, the A14 will not fast charge.

I've tried a 20W and 25W charging block. Neither worked. Then I read on one of the forums that the A14 ONLY accepts 15W charging blocks. Okay. Then I read that it is best to get a Samsung 15W charging block. 

As I mentioned above, my old Samsung USBC to USB2 fast charging block does NOT work for fast charging. Will a USBC to USBC 15W charging block absolutely work??

Make sure it's turned on in the settings

Have already done this. I have 2 identical A14s (one for me, one for my husband). Same issue on both.

Hi, We would like to tell you that it has a 15W output, meaning it should be able to charge the Galaxy A14 at its maximum rated charging speed.

Hi Helenna,

I assume that since the A14 has a toggle in Settings to allow for fast charging then the A14 should be able to do a fast charge.

On my old A32, when I plugged in the fast charger, it said "Fast Charging" in the notifications panel. Is this the fast for the A14? Will it indicate that it is fast charging?

I also have but I don't ever face this issue. And I am thankful to priceyolo who help me to find the best Samsung phone.
