Super fast charging doesn't working

Hello. I have a Galaxy A15 4G, but when I connect the 25 charger to it, the 15-watt charge animation is displayed, and the charging bar is green instead of blue. And instead of displaying ultra-fast charge, it displays fast charging. The adapter is also 25 watts of original Samsung. And it charges other phones 25 watts. But I don't know what the problem is with this phone. Please help me.I even did a factory reset and reset settings. Fast charging is enabled in settings

What happens if you charge it when the battery life is much lower, like 5%? I have the S24 Ultra and have never hit close to the rated fast charging speed, even when I charged my phone from 3%.

Hi Omid15, that's sad to hear this issue from you. We appreciate your efforts in performing the necessary trouble shooting steps.

Can you please check if there is any Software Update available on the device and try again.

The latest software seems to have messed up fast charging. My s24 ultra is intermittently fast charging sometimes and doesn't other times.

No clue what's going on.

Using original cables from Samsung, 1 65W original trio charger and 1 original 45W charger and nothing fixes it.
