Galaxy A1. Use a genuine charger.
2. Clean the charging port.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Update your software.
5. Check for problematic apps in Safe Mode.
6. As a last resort, consider a factory reset.

Galaxy AHi, Thanks for your response. I've tried everything in this list except number 6. I would prefer to avoid that if I can since I have a lot of data important for the smooth running of my business.

Galaxy A1. Turn off your Galaxy A52.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Bixby button (if applicable) simultaneously, then press and hold the Power button.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, release all the buttons.
4. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and use the Power button to select it.
5. Confirm by selecting "Yes."
6. Once the process is complete, select "Reboot system now."
This will clear temporary system files that might be causing the freezing issue. If the problem persists, you may need to consult a Samsung service center or a technician for further assistance, as it could be a hardware-related issue.

Galaxy AMine just started doing this a few days ago as well. I plugged it in and I couldn't do anything with it. If I don't plug it in and restart it my screen works but the moment I plug my charger in it freezes completely. I've also had this weird thing where I try to charge it while it's off and it goes to the reboot screen. I've tried everything to fix this but haven't had any luck. Did you get yours fixed?
