Galaxy AHi, I'm trying to setup my Samsung Health app, but I can't. It always says : "Can't set up the app" "This service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later. (0x07#-16)"
I already tried:
-Clearing the cache
-Restarting the phone
-Reinstalling the app
-Everything is up to date
-Wipe cache partition
-My device is not rooted
I don't know what to do now...

Galaxy AHi Samsung_E680UuR, Are you sure that your mobile phone is not rooted? What is the model number of your device, android version and baseband version?
Please verify and get back to us with the information.

Galaxy AHi Samsung_E680UuR, Thanks for the information.
Try clearing data for the Samsung Health application and check if that works. Third-party apps can sometimes cause other apps to fail or crash. To check if a downloaded app is to blame, try to restart the phone to safe mode. Please try and get back to us with the results.

Galaxy AHi franky7103, Sorry for not mentioning this before. Please follow the below instructions
To enter Safe mode :
1-Turn the device off by holding the Power button until the option to Power Off appears on the screen. Tap Power off .
2-Press and Hold the Power and the Volume Down buttons at the same time, to turn the device on.
Note : The Power key is on the right hand side of most Samsung phones, and the Volume Down will usually be on the left hand side.
3-When you see the Samsung logo appear on the screen, you can let go of the Power button while the device boots up. Make sure to keep holding the Volume Down button.
4-You will now be able to see Safe Mode down the near the bottom left of the screen.
To exit safe mode :
There are 3 different ways to exit Safe Mode - all of them require the device to restart completely.
1-Hold Volume Down and Power for at least 5 seconds to force the device to restart.
2-Hold the Power button on the right hand side and select Restart on the screen.
3-Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Notification panel. Select the notification Safe Mode is on and tap Turn Off on the prompt to restart the device.

Galaxy ADid you ever get this fixed?
I've tried all the same things as you (even the safe part where the Health app is grey) and nothing works!
TIA
