Hi, I'm trying to setup my Samsung Health app, but I can't.  It always says : "Can't set up the app" "This service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later. (0x07#-16)"

I already tried:

-Clearing the cache

-Restarting the phone

-Reinstalling the app

-Everything is up to date

-Wipe cache partition

-My device is not rooted

I don't know what to do now...

Thanks!  So frustrating Samsung hasn't found a fix. I don't understand how a Samsung app doesn't work on a Samsung phone

May I know if this issue has been fixed? I face the same problem.

I'm happy for you, but please tell me how you fixed the problem? Please, share your secrets. I just got a new watch and I'm having the same problem. Don't leave me and the other guy hanging!

I wish I had a secret, but the only thing I did was doing the updates and one day the app was working. Sorry

I am having the same issue here. Purchased the Galaxy Watch 4 for all the health features and the Samsung Health App won't load on my Samsung Galaxy S9.  I tried all the suggestions mentioned here only to get the  "Can't set up the app" "This service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later. (0x2700030)"  error each time. Extremely frustrating to say the least.

Report this error to Samsung, maybe they will fix it in an upcoming update?

To fix this, "KLMS Agent" which is a system application that comes pre-installed on all Samsung devices needs to be installed and enabled on your device while setting up Samsung Health until it is fully configured. If you disabled or uninstalled it through ADB, Samsung Health will spit out the errors listed in this thread.
