Galaxy AHi Margaret, Try linking your phone to your phone and then opening Spotify to change the audio output using the Devices section within the app. If that doesn't work, and you're currently using a Galaxy phone, swipe down to access your notification tray, and then click "Media" right under your quick toggles. From there you should hopefully be able to use your speakers with Spotify!
Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Galaxy AHi again,
So sorry for the late reply! That's unfortunate that you're still encountering these issues. I suggest you reset your speakers if it's possible to do so through their dedicated app, if not, you can talk to Sonos support in getting a new unit of these speakers if you're still under warranty.
I hope this helps!

Galaxy AHi, please perform the below steps and get back to us with the results.
Check if there is any update.
Also, perform clear cache on your phone. To clear cache, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the Spotify app. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache.
