My Galaxy A52 only rings for around 15 seconds before forwarding to voicemail. I've tried using the code given by my provider to increase this to 30 seconds, but although I received a message saying that I've been successful, the ring time remains short.

The code seems to have worked - at least partially - for my husband's Huawei P30 lite, giving him 20 seconds.

My provider (Shaw) says there's nothing more they can do.  Do you know anything that works? Perhaps some adjustment to the phone itself? Should I take it in to the store where I purchased it for them to have a look?

Thanks for any ideas.

I think this is controlled by carrier. It is controlled from their backend system.

Hi Members_9qONaAb, I suggest you to contact your carrier service. Thanks for the response, Tallman.

Is your phone Android? I found a code that should work to extend the ring time. The code is **61*121**11*(number of seconds 15, 20, 25 or 30), then tap on the call/send button. I tried this on a previous phone and it worked great.
