When I try to change oe delete my voicemail number it tells me that my voicemail number failed to change or it can't be changed. Why is that? Not vert tech savvy myself.

Please try resetting your network settings by going to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will restore default settings for mobile data, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, and may help with voicemail. Sometimes, network settings might prevent changes to your voicemail number.
Remove your SIM card, restart your phone, and then reinsert the SIM card. Try again to change or update your voicemail number.
If this doesn’t work, try using a different SIM card to see if the issue persists.
