Hi, I recently updated my A50 to new security patch A50FNXXU9CVB1 and since then Wifi Calling setting is visible, turned on and connected to a Wifi network but even with no phone signal, wi-fi Calling doesn't kick in. It seems to be since the Samsung update.
My partner has same phone, same network etc and hers works perfectly on wi-fi calling. Have tried everything suggested, SIM removal, network setting reset etc. Really frustrating as need this function. Any ideas??
Hi eknowles, As you have already tried network settings, We suggest you to turn off private DNS and check if it fixes the issue.
Please follow the below steps:
Settings >> Network & Internet >>Advanced or Settings >> Connections >> More Connection Settings and tap Private DNS>>Then select turn off Private DNS.
