Hello Samsung,
I am experiencing an issue after updating the software to the latest version. My Wi-Fi network suddenly cannot connect. All other devices, such as my laptop, can connect to the Wi-Fi without any problems, and the router is functioning normally. However, on my phone, a Samsung A54, I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi. When I try to connect, it always says connection failed, even though I have entered the correct password. I have tried all the steps suggested by Samsung Support, but none of them worked. Please help me resolve this issue.
Thankyou

Hi there,
first of all... this is a discussion room of Samsung Users. It's members trying to answer other members questions.
Ok, for your Wi-Fi issue, have you try to reset your phone Wi-Fi settings?
And by the way, after every update, try to wipe cache from recovery partition. It ensure the phone running latest software without bugs from previous version.
Good luck!
