won't download mms pictures on texting when people send me pics how do u open

can anyone help me figure out what to do to open the downloaded pics please

u need to go into chat setting in your text message app and make sure your automatic download attachment on

you need to use mobile data to download unless you and other party using RCS message. please turn off your wifi and use data to download mms.

thanx keegan yes I got it working w the wifi on due to a wifi account only and my data on don't touch any of the text messages or muti messages icons and now they are opening thanx everyone for the help
