Galaxy BooksThank you for your response. As your Galaxy Book4 Edge BIOS is restricting access to Windows installation or factory reset options, we recommend attempting to enter Safe Mode by pressing the F10 key during startup. Alternatively, you may consider using manual recovery tools to restore system functionality.
-
Force Safe Mode Access
-
Repeatedly press F10 during boot.
-
-
Factory Reset via Windows Tools
-
If you can boot into Windows, go to Settings > System > Recovery > Reset this PC.
-
Choose “Remove everything” for a full reset.
-
-
Create Bootable USB with ARM Drivers
-
Use another PC to create a bootable USB with Windows for ARM.
-
-
Check for BIOS Update
-
Kindly access the Samsung Magician application and proceed to check for any available BIOS updates. Updating the BIOS may help resolve the issue and improve system stability.
-
If none of these steps work, consider contacting Samsung Support or visiting a service center. So that our service technician will physically examine the device and help you further.
