Suddenly, the fingerprint and password not working in order for me to sign in to my laptop.

My alphabet keys are not working to input password and fingerprint sensor not working. Unable to log into my Galaxy book 2 pro.

I always had just finished using and logged out. Tried to log in again several times to no avail.

Can someone please help with this issues?

Hi, Please follow the steps given below to solve the problem.

1.Press the PC's power button, then press the [F2] key to enter the BIOS.

2.In the BIOS home, go to [Security].

3.Click [TPM configuration].

4.In [ Pending operations ], change to [ TPM Clear ], then save.

5.Log into your PC using your local account login password.

6.Click the [Start] button on the taskbar, and then click [Settings].

7.Select [Accounts].

8.Click [Sign-in options].

9.In [PIN], click [Remove] to delete your PIN.

10.Add a new [PIN].

11.After adding a PIN, register your [fingerprint].

Same problem is persisting in my book 2 pro. I am unable to login. I have try this method but problem is not resolve.
