Galaxy BooksHi AM3644,
We are very sorry to see this issue from you. Please try these troubleshooting steps and check if they might help to resolve the issue:
Automatic Repair: When the error occurs, select Advanced options from the "Windows didn’t load properly" screen.
Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair. Follow the on-screen instructions to let Windows attempt to fix the issue.
Check for Corrupt System Files: Once Windows is running, open Command Prompt as an administrator and type:sfc/scannow
This command will scan for and fix any corrupted system files.
Update Drivers & Windows: Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
Update your device drivers, especially for critical components like the BIOS and chipset, through Device Manager or Samsung's Update software.
Restore to a Previous State: Use System Restore if the issue started after a recent update or installation. Go to Control Panel > Recovery > Open System Restore and choose a restore point from before the issues began.
Thank you.
