I recently purchased a Galaxy Book3 360, and when I brought it home I noticed the internet speeds were very slow on it. Running a speed test, it was at >1Mbps while other devices on the network were at 50+Mbps. I upgraded the router in our home and things seemed to work better for a bit, but today the Galaxy Book3 was running slow again. I clocked it at 10-30Mbps, while other devices were in the 250-300Mbps range. I've checked to ensure the drivers are updated to the latest, I've tried doing a factory reset of the network adapters, and I've tried setting the preferred band to 5Ghz to avoid conflicting with other devices, but none of those seem to have made a difference in performance. Any other suggestions on what I may be able to do to fix this?
Does anyone has solve the problem ? I bought 2 months ago a samsung galaxy book 3 360, and the wifi is a disaster. Not stable, low performance, while my other devices are perfect on wifi on the same network, room etc...
Me too. Had this laptop for 6 weeks. Wifi keeps dropping. I have updated absolutely everything. Mine was discounted by £500 I know why now. Will they refund it ??
My issue in this case is that the wifi goes sometimes up and down, no matter wich source of wifi. Impossible to use in a zoom meeting. Drivers are up-to-date, energy options optimised.
Is this just a community to whine or does somebody read this who is able to solve such problems, like a samsung developer?
